iPhone 3GS Exploit Found, Unlock Immenant

According to the iPhone Dev Team, there is a well known loophole that has been found in the iPhone 3GS. The loophole is known as the 24Kpwn exploit, and was first found in the iPod Touch 2G, which seems to have been carried over on to the iPhone 3GS.

Jailbroken 3.0 and Cydia is Not Working?! Here is How To Fix It….

Yesterday I updated and jailbroke the new 3.0 firmware for my iPhone 3G. During the jailbreak process using redsn0w 0.72 by the iPhone Dev Team, I installed both Cydia and Icy. To my great dismay, when I attempted to intitiate the essential upgrades in Cydia, I continually received an error that stated,

iPhone Owners Upset About AT&T’s iPhone 3G S Upgrade Pricing, Join Twitter Petition

iTunes to Possibly Go DRM-Free Later Today (Updated)

Promotional Codes Can Now be Used within the App Store

According to MacRumors, it is now possible to use and distribute “Promo Codes” for any of your self-uploaded apps onto the App Store.
Two setbacks, however, until further notice, are:

Developers are only able to give away 50 promotional codes per application version.
The promo codes are only available to US iTunes Store users.

American Airlines Offers Boarding Pass Barcodes via iPhone
