Hey folks,

Before I get started, I’d like to thank you all for checking out Touch Podium! It just wouldn’t be the same without you.

So, as you probably already figured out, my name is Jody Mitoma, and I am the Founder of Touch Podium. (Yup, that’s me on your immediate right). Touch Podium was established on January 14th, 2008 in my very own bedroom.

I’m currently residing with my parents (don’t have to pay rent!) in Sudbury, Ontario, Canada. I am 21 years of age (as of April 1st, 2008).

Why did I start Touch Podium? It’s simple. I’ve been into Web Design and Graphic Design for as long as I can remember. I build websites as a hobby. Not only that, but I plan on attending a Graphic Design course at the local College this upcoming September. I started Touch Podium on January 14th because, a) I just got an iPod Touch for Christmas a couple weeks beforehand, b) Something to do as a hobby, and last but certainly not least, c) For you guys (and girls); as our readers.

Albeit there may be a few slow days here and there, Eric and I try our best to get the news out to you as soon as we could get to it. You must, however, understand that we are both only human (well, at least I am anyway – hehe, only kidding), and we’ve both got jobs, and social lives to attend to.

I hope you continue to check out Touch Podium on a regular basis, because as you know, Eric and I strive to bring you the news as soon as we hear (or read) about it.
