Rogers Now Offers International Voice Roaming Packages…

Rogers is now offering international voice roaming packages.
These packages, once added to your account are available for usage during the billing period, are automatically removed at the beginning of the next period and do not require any modification or addition to your existing contract.
An easy breakdown of rates is as follows, and found on BGR;
Africa
- $35 – 15 minutes
- $70 – 40 minutes
- $110 – 70 minutes
Asia, Mid-East & Oceania
- $30 – 15 minutes
- $70 – 40 minutes
- $110 – 70 minutes
Caribbean & Latin America
- $25 – 15 minutes
- $55 – 40 minutes
- $90 – 70 minutes
Europe
- $20 – 15 minutes
- $50 – 40 minutes
- $75 – 70 minutes
USA
- $15 – 15 minutes
- $25 – 40 minutes
- $40 – 70 minutes
There are also data roaming packages, but the pricing to data ratio is ludicrous.
Hopefully for those of you who are travelling the world, this might help ease the cost of using your cellphone abroad, or you could always unlock your phone and buy a pay-as-you-go sim card for wherever you are in the world.
