Along with the iPhone OS 3.0 firmware release earlier this morning, Apple has undergone some iTunes store terms and conditions updates.

Something else you may notice, upon downloading specific games and applications, is a notice stating that “This content may not be appropriate for children under 17″. This is an appreciated addition to when it comes to downloading apps via the App Store. This was most likely added to protect Apple’s butt in cases of the young ones downloading apps which may cause trauma or distress. This way, you’ve been warned beforehand.

Be sure to have a read at the updated terms sometime in the near future, or don’t.

Please feel free to share any updates to the terms and conditions that you feel stick out enough to mention. This story will be updated accordingly. Thank you.
