iTunes Store Terms and Conditions – Entertaining Page 66 Agreement

In conjunction with the story regarding iTunes Store terms and conditions change [see here], I’ve been surfing around the net, when I found the above hilarity via Twitpic.

Apparently Apple Inc. wants us to agree that we will not use their products for any purposes prohibited by United States law, including, without limitation, the development, design, manufacture or production of nuclear, missiles, or chemical or biological weapons.

Are you serious? Did this really need to be mentioned in the iTunes Store terms and conditions, Apple? This is just too much.
