iPhone OS 3.0-Compatible Apps Showing Up on the App Store

Tap Tap Revenge [iTunes link] has been updated to version 2.6, featuring compatibility with iPhone OS 3.0. By my knowledge, this is the first application to support proper compatibility with iPhone OS 3.0 features.
Using Apple’s upcoming Push Notification features, Tap Tap Revenge 2.6 would most likely advise you of incoming challenges that others have sent you. Other than this, I’m not too sure what else the feature would be used for, in this situation.
If you are currently running iPhone OS 3.0, upon downloading and starting the newest version of Tap Tap Revenge, it will ask you for permission to send push notifications to your device. If you allow them, a new category called Notifications will appear in your device’s main settings, which will allow you to toggle push notifications on or off. Additionally, it appears that each app will have individual settings for badges and alerts.
