iPhone 3G S Pre-Orders Have Started Shipping

So it’s being said that your beloved iPhone 3G S’s have begun to ship from warehouses early this morning. At least, that is what one would think after receiving the above notification.

It is being guessed that Apple has taken extra precaution to make sure that none of these iPhone 3G S’s appear at your front door’s a day too soon, but if that so may be the case, feel free to share your unboxing images with us a little earlier than others! June 19th is the release date of this product, and I’m fairly certain that is the day you will be receiving them.

An anonymous Apple Store employee tallied up average reservation numbers at US stores and has made the estimation that about 800 people on average, are on the reservation list per Apple Store. This amounts to about 200,000 reservations as of now, a number he believes could double before launch; June 19th.
