iPhone OS 3.0 Key Features!!

At the Apple press event today about the iPhone OS 3.0, the following capabilities/features were announced;
- In-App purchase to enable more app functionality
- peer to peer connectivity
- accessory connectivity
- Google map controls
- push notifications
- cut and paste
- landscape mode
- Messages (MMS)
- voice memos
- new Calendar support
- enhancements to the Stock App and search (Spotlight).
- Bluetooth A2DP stereo support
- Notes Sync
- audio/video tags
- Wi-Fi auto login
- iTunes account creation
- YouTube ratings
- Call Log
- Parental Controls
The new OS will ship “this summer” and will be completely free to iPhone 3G owners. iPod Touch owners will have to dish out $10 for the upgrade even though they will not be able to make use of all the functionality of the new OS…
