Otterbox Defender Case Review – An Update

by Adam Cecchetto on January 16, 2009 at 4:23 pm

Upon reading the review HERE, an Otterbox Rep. got back to me regarding the issues that I had with the screen interactivity. The Rep. wrote;

I did want to note, in response to your review of the iPod touch Defender Series case, that the 2nd generation case has been improved to address some of the concerns you mentioned.  I’m interested to hear that you had some problems with the interactivity of the screen.  That case usually does have a thin protective skin across the screen for protection during shipping so make sure you have removed that.  Also, in terms of corner accessibility, the new case has a wider screen to correct that problem.  Hope you like the cases overall, thanks again for your support.”

There you have it folks, Otterbox are obviously proactive in improving their products and are willing to take the time to follow-up with their customers.

Be sure to check out their full line of products HERE.
