Walmart Possibly Selling iPhone for $99 After Christmas ‘08

According to BoyGeniusReport, it is possible that Walmart will start selling the 4GB iPhone 3G for $99 after Christmas.

But don’t get all hyped up just yet, as these are only rumors, and nothing is for sure yet, if ever.

It is not known who will be loosing out with this new sale price, Apple, AT&T, or Walmart itself, but it is guessed that Apple is the one that has this one planned out. As TUAW states, Apple’s got other sources of income for all iPhone owners, such as cellphone plans, the App Store, and iTunes to name a few.

We’ll see if this is the real deal once Christmas is all over and done with… But no need to rush it. I still need to save up some money to buy friends and family some gifts!
