AT&T’s Free iPhone Wi-Fi Hot Spots Now Active at Starbucks and Other Locations

by Jody Mitoma on October 30, 2008 at 2:29 am

On October 29th, AT&T had announced for the second (or is it third?) time, that there will be free Wi-Fi hot spots available to all iPhone users at Starbucks locations, as well as other locations across America.

This announcement was given through text message to all of AT&T’s iPhone subscribers, and went something like this:

“AT&T Free Msg: Your Apple iPhone new has free AT&T Wi-Fi access at thousands of hotspots nationwide, including Starbucks. For info visit www.att.com/attwifi“.

If you are interested in a list of all your new available Wi-Fi spots, have a look at AT&T’s Wi-Fi Locator.

Y’all American’s are lucky. Make sure to make good use of these free Wi-Fi spots. We’re not all as lucky as you are. (Ex: Canadians, to name a particular.)
