Happy Thanksgiving, Canada!

Just a quick note to fellow Canucks and readers everywhere who have been noticing that things are a bit slow right now. I do apologize for the molasses-like pace right now; besides Jody working quite a bit and me focusing on building up Frapstr, it also happens to be the Canadian Thanksgiving weekend here, so there are lots of preparations to make and turkey to eat. I myself will be heading out shortly to the in-laws whereupon I will gorge upon roast turkey and potatoes and stuffing and gravy and pie. I’m even bringing a couple of dragonfruit to the table, because I’ve never tried it before, and nothing that funky-looking could possibly be bad. And also I like the SoBe dragonfruit energy drink. (”Fire,” I believe it’s called.)

So to my countrymen, enjoy the long weekend of gluttony, and to everyone else, we’ll slowly start getting back to normal around here once we’ve worked off our Thanksgiving weight, gotten everything sorted, I’m satisfied that Frapstr’s got its sea legs, and Jody finds some free time again. For now, I’m off to stuff my face full of bird.
