Flying Rider Forced Removal From App Store on Aug. 15th (Tomorrow)

You read that correctly.
Flying Rider is being removed from the App Store tomorrow, so for those of you whom wish to try it out, you better get on downloading it now and giving it a try, because tomorrow, that chance will be mystified.
The reason for removal is because the developers of Line Rider (inXile) are e-mailing the developer of Flying Rider each and every day, attacking him for rights reasons.
The 15 August, Flying Rider will be removed from the App Store has inXile required it. I receive one mail per day attacking me for rights reasons… It’s very boring, so I decide to stop everything. Sorry for you guys. Understand that I have put money and time on this project, it’s hard for me too… But the sharks always win…
As crappy as it is, there is nothing we can do.
Lets just hope that inXile Entertainment is actually planning on bringing Line Rider to the iPhone/Touch, otherwise they will be receiving a lot of hate mail!

This is the email i am going to send to the developers of line rider and the company 1 time every single day. You can copy and paste and do the same if you want. There should be a script to make you able to do this automatically somewhere
Hello! Firstly…. why were you harassing the developer of this application on iTunes.
Sending 1 email a day is retarded. What annoys me about you is that the developer was giving this application out free. THIS MEANS HE MAKES NO MONEY FROM IT. So why do you insist on harrassing this person? For rights? You are just as bad as scientologists who try to shut their critics down.
I hope you plan on releasing line rider on the iphone because if you arent then why harass a person who is bringing a clone to the App store. Nintendo don’t harass everyone that makes a slide scrolling platform game with powerups do they? Until you respond i will be sending 1 email per day to you. Don’t worry I can use more than one email account so it will be pointless trying to block my email adresss.
I look foward to hearing from you soon.

We’re assuming we have the full story here. Wouldn’t be the first time a developer lied. He clearly ripped off their idea. Now Sudoku is one thing, but Line Rider is unique, and he came along and just ripped it off. I can understand them being pissed. Especially if they plan their own version.
On saying that, it is all rather convenient that the development was known, the application was publically known to have been submitted to the appstore… And yet it takes until NOW for this to happen?
There’s more going on here. But then Inxile did whore themselves to McDonalds and now Microsoft apparently (Silverlight bullshit) so they deserve all the grief they get IMO.
