The $999.99 “I Am Rich” Application Has Actually Been Purchased

Remember Eric’s post about the pathetic “I Am Rich” application? You know, the one that costs a penny short of a thousand US dollars?..
Well, someone by the username “Lee5279xx” actually bought the application - albeit only to test out if it were actually real or not - bought it none-the-less. Turns out, the application price tag is actually real (well duh, who woulda guessed?).
The unhappy buyer left a 1 star review for the application, and can be viewed by all by checking out the App Store and having a look at the “I Am Rich” reviews (or by simply glancing at the image above).
That ought to teach him a lesson. Way to go, lad. Hope it all works with the credit card company in the end.

That’s funny too, because the biggest complaint I’ve been seeing in all of the articles and forum posts that have covered this so far has been the fear of accidentally purchasing it. And now someone’s actually gone and done it.
Poor guy. Someone needs to write him a free “I’M BLOODY BROKE BECAUSE I BOUGHT THE ‘I AM RICH’ APP!” app. Maybe have a picture of an empty wallet and a frowny face.

He should hand the app over to some sites so the can cra…er.. give to us free.
