Pianist 2.0 Released

moo_pianist.pngMoo has just released the latest iteration of his most excellent piano app, and I promise I’m going to get through this article without any pianist jokes.

Version 2.0 adds recording and playback capabilities, so you can record yourself playing the lower registers, then play it back and play harmony or counterpoint in the upper. It certainly opens up more possibilities and adds to its versatility. There is additionally a new display graphically showing you your current position on the keyboard.

Pianist 2.0 is now available on the ModMyiFone repository. Meanwhile, I’ve got some cheeky photos of Moo’s Pianist below. If you click them, they get bigger.
