Dance Dance Revolution Game Concept Images – Actually Being Worked On!

Guyl3 of the iPod Touch Fans Community has recently given news that he and a friend are working on a complete makeover of the current game known as TTR (Tap Tap Revolution). They plan on adding an additional note to tap – making four notes instead of three.

Guy says:

Yo guys,

I first t[h]ough[t] about just adding a string to guitar hero but i changed my mind.
Im thinking about modding TTR to make it look like DDR/ITG

It will have arrows instead of dots, new theme, maybe a fail meter working.
If i can’t find anybody to help me, one of my friend will try to do it for me.

Guy also states:

IMPORTANT:
NO RELEASE DATE FOR NOW, my teamate coder NEVER programmed on an ipod and don’t even own his yet, but he’s sure he can do something that works. Im looking with him what we can do and checking what is possible for now.

This won’t be a quick release, there will be some betas but thats it, I don’t want this APP to suck and be spit on, we will release the final version and it will be PERFECT.

Also, I’ve been approved for beta testing this game when it is released, so be on the lookout for another story in regards to In The Groove / DDR when it is coming close to release time! (Which is still a looong while, yet).
